We
would like to inform you that the directors of Hannon Westwood Associates Limited
have decided to rename the company Stellar Energy Advisors Limited, effective
8th October 2003. The directors of Stellar are Dave Fassom, John McCallum and
Spencer Winter. All other company details, staff and Central London office remain
unchanged.
Business as usual: Stellar will continue to provide divestment,
acquisition and strategic analysis to the international upstream community as
before but will not be involved in the generation of the UK Market Intelligence
service. To avoid confusion this latter service will continue to be provided by
Jim Hannon and Charles Westwood who now have their own separate company.
But
improved: By concentrating solely on the provision of A & D services Stellar
can now deploy even more expertise and resource to support our clients' campaigns.
We
add value: The Stellar team has received commissions in numerous countries
and sold 23 assets in the last 18 months and has over $800 million of assets either
sold or under instruction. If you would like to know more about how we have added
